The PET film project: Our company has a French DMT and 2 German Dornier polyester film production lines, with an annual capacity of more than 40,000 tons. Each production line is equipped with fully automatic high capacity roll slitting and winding machines produced by KAMPF Company of Germany with same width & web ultrasonic cleaning system produced by Shinko Co., Ltd. of Japan and high-speed online film detection system produced by EVS-Scan Master Systems, Inc. of Israel. At the same time, our company has also imported three pieces of aluminum vacuum plating equipment from Germany Leybold. Our PET twist film occupies more than 70% in the Chinese market. The glitter powder project: accumulating huge advantages in film production, from film production to the aluminum vacuum plating, color printing & cutting powder, we are a one-stop services enterprise which manages independent production all by ourselves. Crownroad has become the only one in China. Our company is equipped with three pieces of high-speed and high-temperature color printing equipment, and 100 sets of hexagonal glitter powder cutting equipment at present with daily output of over 10 tons.
